Shipping policy
Shipping and delivery
We deliver goods to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 days, but we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.
Shipping in Sweden is 49 SEK.
In Norway we use Bring, Helthjem or UPS. In other countries we use UPS. Shipping in Norway is 299 SEK and Finland 27.12 Euro and Denmark 202.50 DKK.
Delay in delivery
If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order on time, we will inform you of this. If possible, we will also inform you of the reason for the delay and the new delivery time for the product. In the event of a delivery delay, you can choose to have your money refunded or a new item delivered. Contact us at info@costale.com and we will help you with any questions regarding your delivery.
Transport damage
If you notice that your package is damaged upon delivery, it is important to take photos of the package before contacting the carrier. Contact us and we will help you file a claim with the shipping company.
Unclaimed packages
If your package is not picked up on time, you will be charged SEK 195 to cover our handling costs. As much as you want your package, we want it picked up to avoid new handling costs and possible returns.
