Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days, but we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

Shipping within Sweden costs 49 SEK.

In Norway, we use Bring, Helthjem, or UPS. In other countries, we use UPS.

Shipping fees:

Norway: 299 SEK

Finland: 27.12 EUR

Denmark: 202.50 DKK

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can find our return policy here.

Delivery Delays

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order on time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If available, we will also provide the reason for the delay and an updated delivery estimate.

In case of delays, you have the right to request a refund or a replacement item.

Damaged Shipments

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, it is important to take photos of the package before contacting the carrier.

Please contact us, and we will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Unclaimed Packages

If your package is not collected in time, a fee of 195 SEK will be charged to cover handling costs.

Just as you want to receive your package, we kindly ask that it is collected promptly to avoid additional handling costs and potential returns.
