Return & Refund Policy for CosTale
This return policy applies to customers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
We want you to feel safe when shopping at CosTale.
If something isn’t right, you can of course return your item.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your order within 14 days from the day you received the item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before returning the item.

Claims (Damaged or Faulty Products)
If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us at info@costale.com and we will assist you with a claim or replacement.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
Be unused and unwashed
Be in original condition
Have all original tags attached
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Fees & Shipping Costs
A fixed return fee will be deducted from your refund.
The fee covers return shipping and handling. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and approved.
This return policy applies to customers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. The fees listed below apply per country:
Sweden: Fixed return fee: 79 SEK
Denmark: Fixed return fee: 197 DKK
Norway: Fixed return fee: 139 NOK
Finland: Fixed return fee: 15 EUR
The return fee covers handling and return administration.
How to Make a Return
To return a product, use the pre-printed return label included in your package.
If you have lost your return label, please contact us at info@costale.com and include your order number. We will send you a new return label as soon as possible.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Any return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Accepted Returns
Items that are damaged, used, washed, or missing original tags will not be accepted for return.
